Below are the server names and ports for your hosted email account. To use a secure connection, use the ports marked with SSL.

Outgoing servers require authentication. Outlook users will need to manually enable this feature. Follow the Configuration Guides, to configure your account correctly.

When entering your User Name, please enter your entire email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com). Also, please use all lower-case letters.

 MX Records

If you have a webhosting company or other provider is hosting your DNS you should use this option. The following MX setting must be added to DNS file for yourdomain.com:

yourdomain.com     MX     10     mx.getamail.net
yourdomain.com     MX     20     mx.mailanyone.net


 SPF (sender policy framework) TXT record

It is also recommended that you add the below SPF (sender policy framework) TXT record:

v=spf1 include:mailanyone.net ~all


 DNS Servers

You can have GetaMail.net host your DNS for your domain name. We offer a DNS management interface for you to setup all of your DNS records.

You should setup the DNS servers on your domain name with the registrar that you purchased the domain name. Please set them to:

ns.mailanyone.net
ns2.mailanyone.net
ns3.mailanyone.net
